After Sales Service
There will be no refund/exchange unless there is a manufacturing defect in the product. In the case of a product manufacturing defect, you may contact/visit the partner business operating premise for after-sales service. The address and contact number is printed in the Delivery Order or Receipt that you have received during delivery.
Warranty cover is provided by the authorised distributor. The period of coverage varies from product to product and in most cases will be listed in the product page where provided by our partner business merchant.
